Brizel Handcrafts presents Brigid Eternal Flame, a unique handmade round Silk Tapestry Art Box, made of upcycled silk sari yarns, perfect for storing something sacred !



Brigid Eternal Flame is a divine soft fiber arts container featuring fine multicolored silk sari yarns... marigold orange with red paired with white with black & red. It has a lid of its own which is embellished with an etched Brigid cross vintage button.



Brigid Crosses are solar symbols, equal armed and stretching in four directions, which symbolically encourages the strength of the Sun through our front doors and into our homes. It is a talisman believed to bring protection, blessing, fertility and prosperity. Brigid, an ancient Celtic Goddess so beloved to her people that the Christians made her into a saint. Her festival is at the beginning of February and is known to different people as St Brigid's Day, Imbolc, Candlemass
