Brizel Handcrafts presents Riverbank Dragonfly, a unique handmade round Silk Tapestry Art Box, made with eco-friendly recycled silk sari yarns... so perfect for storing something extra special !



Riverbank Dragonfly is a gorgeous soft fiber arts container featuring hand dyed silk sari threads in an electric turquoise blue paired with a chocolate brown with rainbow highlights. It has a lid of its own which is embellished with a shimmering satin iridescent dragonfly Czech glass button.



I once camped near the Pacific Crest Trail and sat amongst the large boulders of a riverbank. It was summertime and the trees surrounding the area partially shaded the waters. Huge glistening dragonflies would appear mid day to zoom this watery highway. They weaved their way left to right, and up & down, and sometimes... seemed to disappear and reappear. It was a magical sight to behold !

This Silk Tapestry Art Box measures approx: 3" in diameter x 2 1/8" high with an interior cavity of 1 3/4" in diameter x 1 3/4" high. Its raw silk weight is roughly 1.1 oz (32g).
